What I collect, and what I do with it.
This site exists so you can check whether your wedding date is free. The short version: I use what you send me to reply to you, I don't run a mailing list, and I may use advertising tools to measure the ads that brought you here.
Who I am

What the enquiry form collects
When you fill in the “Check your date” form, you send me your names, your email address, your wedding date (or roughly when), and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, your venue or area, whether you have booked a photographer, and anything you write in the notes. The form also records which ad or link brought you to the site (for example a campaign name or click ID) so I know which ads are working.
What I use it for
- To check your date and reply to you, by email or, if you gave a number, by text or a call.
- To prepare for a short call about your wedding if you book one.
- To understand which ads bring enquiries. Nothing else.
I don't add you to a mailing list and I don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
Advertising and analytics tools
This site may use the Meta Pixel and related tools (such as Meta's Conversions API) to measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When these are active, Meta may receive your IP address, information about your browser, and the pages you visit, and may know that an enquiry was made. [If Advanced Matching is enabled, add: When you submit the form, a hashed version of your email address and phone number may also be sent to Meta to measure ad results.] You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Meta ad preferences and in your browser's tracking settings.
If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, who process your name, email and the time you choose under their own privacy policy. The site itself is hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER], and the form is delivered to me by [FORM / EMAIL / CRM PROVIDER(S)].
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry within [12] months. If you book, your details stay in your contract file for as long as I'm required to keep business records.
Your choices
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] at any time to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, and I'll do it. This site is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed at children under 13; I don't knowingly collect information from them. This site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
